Note: A cancellation fee of $75 will be assessed if appraiser is not
notified before reaching property at appointed time.
Quotes for R.E.O.s, partial reconveyances, land and feasibility reports will be done on a case-by-case basis. The fee for a cost analysis is $50. If lender requires this approach eventhough there is a lack of available land sales the abstraction method will be applied - the Marshall & Swift cost handbook will be used for a detailed cost breakdown of improvements.
For appraisals outside of the areas covered or 25 mile radius an additional charge may be applied (based on travel and research time).
Rush fee is $100 (at appraiser's discretion)
Range in fees vary according to the size of improvements and level of difficulty of the assignment (subject to appraisers inspection of the site).
Delivery time for appraisals will be 1-2 business days from time of inspection. Client will be notified within three days after inspection if delivery time must be altered for any reason.
